The University of Hong Kong (HKU) will hold the HKU Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony 2018 for academic and administrative staff members on March 29 (Friday).

The annual event is held to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our academics in teaching and learning and in research, to recognise their contributions to knowledge exchange with society, and to honour the outstanding performances of our professional services colleagues.

HKU President and Vice-Chancellor Professor Xiang Zhang will officiate at the ceremony. Pro-Chancellor Dr the Honourable Sir David Li Kwok Po will be the Guest of Honour.

Nine categories of awards will be presented at the ceremony. They are the University Distinguished Teaching Award, Outstanding Teaching Award, Early Career Teaching Award, Teaching Innovation Award, Outstanding Researcher Award, Outstanding Young Researcher Award, Outstanding Research Student Supervisor Award, Knowledge Exchange Excellence Award and Professional Services Award.
